Self-Catering Holiday Accommodation Pricing


The minimum rental period is two nights.

Pricing starts at £60 per night.

Entry time is 16:00, and departure time is 11:00.

•  Holiday cancellation is NOT included in the rental. In the event of the Hirer having to cancel the booking a refund will only be made if the Lessor is able to re-let the accommodation for the period concerned. If the accommodation is re-let, the Lessor will refund the deposit less a re-booking fee of GBP50. The Hirer is advised to consider obtaining personal holiday insurance to cover this and other potential losses.

•  The period of let shall be from 16:00 on the day of arrival to 11.00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed. The Hirer binds and is obliged to vacate the hired premises without demand at the termination of the period of let.

•  The Hirer warrants that the subjects let are to be used for the purposes of a holiday and so accepts that the letting is a holiday let to which Section 12(2) and paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 apply, namely, "a tenancy the purpose of which is to confer on the tenant the right to occupy the house for a holiday".

•  The Hirer must personally stay at the accommodation throughout the holiday and is solely responsible for the whole party. Assignees and sub-tenants are prohibited. The number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed the number stated for the premises.

•  A deposit of 50% of must be paid within five days of the online booking request being made. The balance is due on arrival.

•  The Hirer undertakes to take all reasonable care in the use of the property and its contents, including the security of the property. The Hirer will report any damages losses or breakages as soon as they occur. The Lessor reserves the right to charge for repairs, losses or replacements necessitated by the negligent act or omission of any of the Hirer's party, guests or invitees. If necessary, this may include an administration charge.

•  The Hirer undertakes to leave the hired premises secure if left unoccupied during the period of let.

•  The Hirer's party will conduct themselves in such a fashion as to cause no undue noise or annoyance or disturbance to neighbouring proprietors or occupiers.

•  The Hirer undertakes to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The Lessor reserves the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.

•  The description of the property is as accurate as possible but cannot be warranted, nor does the description form any contract. The Lessor reserves the right to alter or improve any of the subjects without notice.

•  Should the Lessor have to cancel the holiday for any reason, an immediate refund will be made of all monies paid by the Hirer to the Lessor for the accommodation booked. No further financial claims against the Lessor will be considered.

•  As far as the law allows, the Lessor takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to the Hirer or any of the party as a consequence of this agreement or the occupancy following theron.

•  The Hirer will indemnify the Lessor or their agents against loss, damage or injury sustained to the property or persons as a result of any breach of these conditions or arising from the fault of the Hirer or any member of the Hirer's party.

•  The proprietors or their agents whomsoever reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time.
